- Holiday Notice: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday), please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch and 4–10 business days for delivery.

Yes! You have 30 days to return your item in its original condition. Just email us at bme@bmevillagellc.com to get started. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.
Submit a request via bme@bmevillagellc.com within 30 days of delivery (until Jan 31, 2026 for Black Friday orders). Items must be new, unworn, and complete with all accessories. Quality issues: we cover return shipping. Non-quality returns: refund to original payment or store credit (you choose).
